The business programme of HouseHold Expo spring 2020 exhibition will include a new workshop by Dmitry Rusakov, expert in increasing sales, which will take place on March 24, 2020. The topic of the workshop will be “How to develop and implement an action plan to increase sales of homewares”. Key topics of the presentation:

  1. How to find new opportunities to increase sales: method of assessing the current situation in the trading and production business. What criteria should the current situation be assessed by and which methods should be used.
  2. How to develop an action plan to increase sales of homewares based on the assessment of the situation. Elements of the plan, emphases.
  3. Practical case of an implementation of the plan to increase sales of homewares.

Rusakov

Dmitry Rusakov is an expert in increasing sales. In 1992 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in the field of international economic relations. In the same year he earned a master’s degree in management at IBS.  

His portfolio includes 19 years of practical business work. He held various executive positions in a number of trading and production enterprises from 1993 to 2005, namely led a group of 5 factories with the overall number of employees amounting to 3600.

Starting from 2002, he consults Russian and foreign companies on the issues of corporate management, sales techniques, sales management and development of a dealership network.

Over the past 10 years, he worked with more than 300 companies including Novas Energy (oil services, engineering), Megafon (telecom), Cysco Systems (IT), ER-Telecom, Yugratel, Invitro (medical services) and other companies engaged in production, distribution, wholesale and retail trade, services, etc. Staff sizes of the companies range from 30 to 12000 employees.

Specialisation: establishment of systems, reorganisation and development of sales, assessment of sales efficiency, selection of management and personnel in sales, training of sales directors.

Publications in professional printed editions (2013-2016) in the magazines “General director” and “Commercial director”.
